Deneweth's Garden Center offers a huge selection of Flowering Perennials for our Michigan seasons that attract Butterflies to your landscape. Butterflies are attracted to fragrance and to certain colors. In general, they prefer tubular flowers arranged around a central head, like purple coneflowers. Design your Flowering Perennials in your landscape that bloom at different times for each season of flowers. Spring Blooming, Summer or Fall Blooming. Flowering Perennials are a main stay for the Butterflies in your yard. Butterflies use humming bird feeders (like nectar). Frozen old fruit attract butterflies, put in ceramic or weed tray, nothing else. Stay away from chemicals for this garden.
